You don't have to go through any pain that isn't necessary. Look at what's causing you pain. What's causing your discomfort? Pain can sometimes stem from a harsh reality. Sometimes, though, it is only a result of our thoughts. It's possible that you're imagining something dreadful that will occur in the future. But it isn't going to happen! It is possible that it will never happen! Despite this, you are perceiving it as a genuine source of pain. Perhaps you're worried about something that has already happened and cannot be changed, therefore it's no longer worth thinking about. It's a harmful concept that emerges from your thoughts. Another prevalent issue is obsessing over the bad. If we exclusively see the negative aspects of any scenario, we will feel more anguish once something unpleasant happens. If we fail to see the positive in things, our lives appear to be full of failures, blunders, and pain. However, this isn't the case. Take a moment and think about all the things you must be thankful for right now. Even when things appear hopeless, count your blessings - even if it's only the fact that you're still alive. We all have excellent things to be thankful for, such as relationships, abilities, opportunities, and victories. A thankfulness practice can assist you in shifting your thinking and reducing the suffering you cause yourself by dwelling on the negatives. Take a moment to think on the positive aspects of your life. Of course, this isn't to say where you'll never really get injured. There will always be negatives. There are issues that we encounter. We've lost. We can, however, reduce our pain. We can quit worrying about things that aren't real and are only the result of our imagination. We can stop seeing the world as a vast pile of negativity and instead learn to see the good in addition to the terrible, discovering that we are far better fortunate than we previously assumed. "Knowing you have the ability to choose what to accept and what to let go is the secret to happiness."
